Doug was the head superintendent and handled everything from schedules, working with cities, permitting, inspections, working with my architect and the consultants, and the daily running of the crews. He was incredible and such a joy to work with. Wanda ran all the major internal workings for the job like bidding out and negotiating down subcontractor costs, composing contracts, change orders, invoicing, and even providing support and assistance on my interior design choices. She also found all the best items at the best prices!!
We had a great experience with Doug and Dan leading the way. We had a difficult garage remodel that included re-waterproofing a subterranean garage that the original builder had challenges executing correctly. Doug and Dan were able to understand the proper scope and professionals required to do the work, created a realistic budget and timeframe, and met both of these. How often can you say the project was done on time and on budget? These guys performed well. No surprises on billings and excellent communication throughout the project.
